Public Health Management Corporation – Adult Safety & Responsibility Programs

Provides specialized outpatient services for individuals who have exhibited sexual behavior problems and/or who have been charged with or convicted of sexual offenses, and/or a history of perpetrating relational violence. JJPI is certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Probation and Parole’s Sexual Offender Assessment Board as a treatment provider for individuals designated as Sexually Violent Predators. Services include comprehensive evaluations, including risk assessment; individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and psychiatry; safety planning and overall wellness planning; and a range of evidence-based, evidence-informed and trauma-informed treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Good Lives Model, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Trauma (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more. Eligibility includes: adults, live in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, qualify for Medicaid insurance or have coverage from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Specific eligibility for the sexual behavior program: history of problem sexual behavior and/or have been charged with or convicted of sexual offenses. Specific eligibility for the relational violence program: engaged in harmful behavior toward their intimate partners.
