Provides employment services to people with disabilities through PA. Their supported employment services is an evidence-based model that is competitive and occurs in integrated work settings. An employment specialist will help guild participants through intake and assessment, job search and placement, coaching and support, and advancement and follow along. Their Work Incentives Planning and Assistance staff provide information about work and benefits to people who receive Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income because of a disability. Their Ticket to Work program allows people with disabilities who receive disability related benefits to seek employment services from qualified vendors. They can also provide information and referral for other community resources. For youth, they offer transitional services.
