This is an outpatient clinic that serves adolescents and adults. They also have counselors able to help individuals with gambling addictions. Individuals will receive an initial assessment, where a case manager will then refer them to the appropriate level of care; they will also make any referrals for additional recovery support and case coordination. Case coordination is a service component of case management that assists those who may lack the resources to meet identified needs, such as: housing, physical health, child care, basic needs, legal services, educational, mental health, transportation, employment, or vocational training. A certified recovery specialist will work closely with case management staff to assist through the recovery process. They work in partnership with medically assisted treatment providers to coordinate care for individuals in need of treatment. No one is denied services because of their inability to pay, many services we offer are free through a variety of grant programs. They will bill all insurances and payment is based on a sliding fee scale according to income.
