Basic case management services and rental assistance to adults and families in York County who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk for eviction. Their services include: rental assistance, case management services, employment and housing searches, connections to information and resources, connections to other service providers, professional one-on-one guidance, step-by-step success planning, and advocacy. Individuals are eligible for services if they are: 18 or older, a York County resident, head of household, and meet income and other criteria that are required for rental assistance.
