This organization has three locations located in Bloomsburg (Columbia County), Hazleton (Luzerne County), and Wilkes-Barre. However, their service area is comprised of 13 counties. Their services are constant throughout their locations. Their health and wellness center services offer free and low-cost services to those concerned about sexually transmitted infections and other reproductive health concerns. Walk ins-are accepted, but appointments are recommended for these services. Their HIV Case Management Services provide free case management services for those living with HIV. Services are available via in-person appointment, phone, text, or email. They can provide referrals for those who reside outside of their service area. Case managers provide: health education and support, medical transportation assistance, mental health services (including group and individual sessions), nutrition services, financial assistance, and housing assistance. Their PrEP Services provide pre-exposure prophylaxis, a pill taken 1x/day that can help prevent those at risk of getting HIV, even if exposed to virus. Appointments are available in-person or virtually. Individuals in the PrEP Services or HIV Case Management receive 24/7 access to a pharmacist for any questions, and a personal Care Representative who provides monthly check-ins and can help with insurance authorizations and finding financial assistance. Finally, they offer reproductive and sexual health services which provide routine gynecological care including contraceptive consultations (including oral, injectables, patches, and rings), pregnancy testing and counseling, basic infertility counseling, and basic gynecological services. For these services, walk-ins are accepted but appointments are recommended.
