This is an outpatient clinic that offers services and information to veterans concerning kidney disease to include treatment options, case management and supportive counseling. Individuals must be enrolled in VA Health Care to receive services. Eligibility is based on service history, discharge status, and income. Some veterans may be required to pay copays depending on their VA priority group. VA may bill private insurance for care related to non-service-connected conditions.
