This is an Acute Partial Hospitalization Program for children ages 5-13, which provides intensive treatment and support to enable children to function successfully in their homes, schools, and communities. The program provides an array of services in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, while allowing the child to remain in the home. It is both an alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for children at risk as well as a step-down service for children recently discharged from inpatient care. Care will be delivered at CCTC’s Cornerstone Center, which includes recreation areas, spacious classrooms equipped with computers, and innovative therapeutic learning tools. Located near public transportation, it is easily accessible to families for intake appointments and family therapy sessions.
