This organization offers outpatient treatment to adults who are struggling with opioid addiction. They provide medication-assisted treatment. Prior to receiving care, all patients complete a thorough assessment, used to create their personalized treatment plans. Cost of treatment varies from patient-to-patient. During your intake appointment, you must bring: a valid form of photo identification, proof of any prescription medications, and insurance card (if they intend to use insurance). Intake appointments are between 2-4 hours long. Patients should arrive at their intake appointment in a withdrawal state or with proper documentation of detox program discharge for maintenance treatments. All locations accept self-pay, Medicaid, and Medicare. Some locations also accept Veterans Affairs, Tricare, and/or state/public funding.
