This organization empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development of roles to help women thrive in work and in life.

Suiting Program: women with upcoming job interviews can obtain a referral to visit their boutique. Volunteers work with women to help choose an interview outfit and provide guidance and support for the upcoming interview.

Employment Retention: programs that help women remain employed, providing them with strategies to nurture their professional growth.

Job Training and Career Center: these programs address and eliminate the frustrating obstacles that may arise during a search for employment. Women meet regularly to support and encourage each other through building confidence, networking, and discussing workplace-related topics. These meetings help participants stay motivated and optimistic.
