Public Housing: they own and operate multiple public housing properties throughout Luzerne County. Individuals and families are able to apply for public housing and obtain housing with affordable rent rates.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program: this program permits individuals and families to select their own private rental unit and pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent, with the rest being directly distributed to the landlord on behalf of the tenant.
