Permanent supportive housing programs: provides special needs housing to homeless and disabled households. They provide rental assistance and supportive services to formerly homeless special needs families/individuals. They have 4 contracts in Luzerne County and 2 in Wayne, Pike, Monroe, and Carbon Counties.

Growing homeowners initiative: three homebuying courses with homebuying counselors, upon completion of these courses, participants are eligible for up to $7,500 in closing costs assistance. This program only operates in Luzerne County.
