They offer Community Residential Rehabilitation and Community Living Arrangements to those with intellectual disability as well as mental health disorders. This service is meant to be an alternative to institutionalization in which participants are encouraged to join a variety of local programs. These services are located in the following communities: Wilkes-Barre, Hanover Township, Plains Township, Dallas, Kingston, Forty Fort, Shavertown, Larksville, Sugar Notch, Swoyersville, and Plymouth.
