This organization provides comprehensive, equitable, and compassionate healthcare and support services for individuals and communities facing health disparities.

Jonathan Lax Treatment Center (4th floor): provides HIV primary care, regardless of patient’s insurance status or ability to pay.

Critical Path Learning Center: all services are free and services are open to everyone. Drop in hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-4pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm. Appointments are available as well.
