Pinebrook Family Answers – Mental Health

Family Based Mental Health Services: short-term therapeutic services designed to provide assistance to families in their own homes. By providing services in this manner, they are more accessible and effective and ultimately more likely to prevent the need for out-of-home placement of children in the family. Referrals can be accepted from families, managed care organizations, psychiatrists or psychologists, county children and youth caseworkers or probation officers, or community agencies. Therapeutic services include but are not limited to individual and family therapy, parenting skills training, assertiveness training and behavior management techniques. Outpatient Psychiatric & Counseling Services: this organization provides counseling to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. They provide assessment and referral, individual/couples/family/group therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and outpatient services. They participate in the Magellan, PerformCare and CCBH networks, Medicare Assistance and most commercial insurance, including clients enrolled with employee assistance plans.

Employee Assistance Program: provides information, short-term counseling, advice, and referrals from master’s level clinicians. The program is designed to identify and help employees with any number of problems that may interfere with his or her ability to work. This can include personal, professional, financial, emotional, marital, family, or substance abuse issues. Initial counseling through the EAP benefit is provided at no cost to the employee. The employer covers the cost for a specific number of sessions (this number varies by employer).

Pinebrook Family Answers EAP: provides a full range of services to employee groups of all sizes: comprehensive confidential assessment, counseling and treatment planning, managed referral services, management consultation and training, employee seminars, mediation services, and disruptive event management. Working together with employers, we develop an EAP plan that fits the needs of their employees. There are no retainer fees and payment is received only when services are used by employees. As an employer-sponsored program, EAP services are available to employees and their household members at no additional cost to them.
