Public Health Management Corporation – ReUp215

Works with youth who are currently or have previously been involved in the juvenile justice system, lack significant family support and are in need of stable housing. The program aims to reduce the number of youth in the juvenile justice system, set them on a path to complete education, remain free of further criminal charges and prepare for life post-high school. The program connects each youth with a caseworker, peer supports and more. Services include: case management, peer support, housing education, education completion support, and basic life skills. Eligibility: youth aged 15-17, facing housing instability, and currently or have previously been involved in the juvenile justice system.
