14-story senior citizen/physically handicapped high rise, providing 152 units of independent living. They have 2 studio-apartments and 150 one-bedroom apartments. The rent is based on 30% of the household’s adjusted gross income from all sources (utilities are included). Individual applicants must be 62 years of age or older, for couples at least one individual must be 62 years or older. The age limit will be waived as to those persons qualifying as “handicapped” within the provisions of the HUD Regulatory Agreement according to Social Security guidelines. Tenants must be capable of living independently in accordance with the terms of the lease. Eligible tenants must meet the current HUB Income limits and all applicable HUD guidelines (including but not limited to: credit history, landlord history, and criminal & general background checks Applications must be completed prior to interview and acceptance.
