They work with PECO to deliver energy bill relief to local families. You may qualify if: you are a PECO residential customer; you don’t quality for programs like LIHEAP; you have a past-due balance between $1-2,500; your household income is between 151-300% of the Federal Poverty Level; you do not have theft-of-service charges in the past 12 months; and you have not received a PECO Customer Relief Fund grant before. Eligible PECO customers may receive a one-time $500 credit toward their energy bill.

Eviction Prevention and Intervention Coalition program: provides critical support to eligible renters facing economic insecurities in Montgomery County, ensuring housing stability through personalized case management, resource connections, and rental assistance when available. Primary eligibility includes clients receiving EPIC services (legal advice, representation, social services support, and financial assistance) must: be scheduled to appear in one of the nine participant district courts and not received financial assistance from the EPIC program in the past 12 months or any other Your Way Home federally funded program. Additional eligibility includes: Montgomery County resident, household income below 60% area median income, income must double monthly rent, and belong to priority populations.
