Early intervention: supports children from birth – 3 years old who have or may be at risk of having a developmental delay. Services are provided at no cost. Referrals must be made at least 60 days prior to a child’s third birthday.

Intellectual disabilities: supports individuals aged 3 and up who have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability (with an IQ of 69 or below) or autism prior to their 22nd birthday.

Mental health: supports individuals aged 3 and up who have mental health issues.
