They offer preparation in reading comprehension, writing, and social studies; and in science and mathematics. Their classes are available in person on their Main Campus or online. The course fee is $80, plus the cost of the textbook is $33. Payment can be made online with credit card (additional fees may apply) or in-person with cash or a check at the Student Tuition Services office on their Main Campus.
They offer 5 classes, including intro (low-beginner), 1 (beginner), 2 (low-intermediate), 3 (high-intermediate), and American Idioms (advanced, only open to those who complete 3. Everyone must take the ESL Institute placement test before enrolling in classes. Payment is $80 for the first 4 classes and $100 for American Idioms, plus the cost of the textbook.
Adult Basic Education: a free, 64-hour course to improve reading and writing skills for professional and academic development. This is open to all adult community members and those students whose placement test scores fall below the minimum for placement into developmental or credit courts. Online and in-person classes are available.
