
Community Intervention Center
This is a mental/behavioral health drop-in service that also serves as a homeless day shelter. They are open 7 days a week, from 8am to 6pm. Their drop-in center provides situational advising, information and referral services, shower and laundry facilities, temporary address and mail privileges, telephone contact, message board, food and coffee daily, behavioral health groups, yoga and meditation, and chiropractic services twice per month for basic adjustments. Their behavioral health services provide crisis intervention and continuing care, representative payee services, information and referral to local drug and alcohol and mental health services, recovery specialists, and resource coordination. And their homeless services provide a day shelter for displaced/homeless individuals. Provides telephone contact, mail privileges, daily storage, and late afternoon nourishment. Their homeless shelter also provides information and referral services for drug and alcohol treatment. This resource is good for individuals who don’t know what resources they need to connect with, this organization will refer you to the best resources for your case.
