Medical services include adult and pediatric care; routine health exams (work, school, driver’s exams, etc.); immunizations; sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment; preventative care; referrals; family planning, pregnancy diagnosis, and well-baby care; chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension); integrated behavioral health services; and integrated substance use services.

Additional services include interpreter services available for more than 300 languages including ASL; 24 hour on call physician for any emergency health needs; and trained staff to assist with insurance enrollment.

They accept most insurances; their fees range depending on the types of visit and tests that are performed. Using a sliding scale fee, they provide discounts based on family size and household income. They will not deny medical services to anyone due to an inability to pay.
