Medical services include adult and pediatric care; routine health exams (work, school, driver’s exams, etc.); immunizations; sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment; preventative care; referrals; free, confidential HIV testing; family planning, pregnancy diagnosis, and well-baby care; HIV care; integrated behavioral health services; integrated substance use services; optometry; and podiatry.

Dental services include dental examinations; cleanings; X-rays; extractions; dentures; restorations; and root canals.

Additional services include interpreter services available for more than 300 languages including ASL; 24 hour on call physician for any emergency health needs; nurse home visiting program for first-time, low-income mothers (Nurse Family Partnership); case management for people living with HIV and AIDS (Caring Together Program); trained staff to assist with insurance enrollment; and connections for a healthy pregnancy.

They accept most insurances; their fees range depending on the types of visit and tests that are performed. Using a sliding scale fee, they provide discounts based on family size and household income. They will not deny medical services to anyone due to an inability to pay.
